I have a little problem

I have paid for 2 sage client keys I use one on my sage server for my mvp
I installed a client on another computer but put in the same key that is on my server how do I remove it so I can re enter the rite key?

Use the REGISTER command line parameter; see Appendix D in the SageTV PDF manual in your SageTV dir for details.

Along the same lines, I have a new machine I need to transfer the client license to. Do I power up the old machine, use the REGISTER parameter to remove the key and then power it off?

Yes, you could do that to remove the license from that system.

Also, SageTV on the server would have to be restarted to recognize the license from a new client location if it hasn't been restarted since the client was last used in its old location.
