Internal Screen Names

I know that Nielm has posted a list of Internal Screen Names on the following Sage Wiki page;

However, it states that the list is "based on the 3.0.13 SageTV3.stv" and also states that "Other internal screens may be added by other plugins"

Is there a comprehensive list of Internal Screen Names and descriptions available that is broken down by plugin and includes all those provided with the default with SageTV v.4 STV?

Something like;

Default Internal Screen Names with SageTV v.4.0
Screen Name - Description
ARAdjustOffset - Alter video offset for this aspect ratio (untested)
ARAdjustZoom - Alter video zoom for this aspect ratio (untested)
etc.

Internal Screen Names with Neilm's Dynamic Menus Plugin v.3.4
Screen Name - Description
ARAdjustOffset - Alter video offset for this aspect ratio (untested)
ARAdjustZoom - Alter video zoom for this aspect ratio (untested)
