Bad Airing

I am using Sage TV Service and noticed today that most of the shows in the Guide say "Bad Airing." Anyone know what's wrong? I suspect it was a problem with Zap to it or the download was incomplete. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Force a new Guide update to see if it corrects the problem. To force an update go to Setup > Channel Setup > and then select/deselect any channel and that will force an EPG update.

Unhappy

Well, I tried forcing a new EPG download like you suggested, but it didn't seem to download a new EPG. The channel I added was listed, but there was no data next to it (no words at all, just blank). I then tried deleting that channel, but still no luck.

I am not sure why all of a sudden I am having problems. Everything had been working fine.

Is any one else having problems. It looks like some people using XMLTV EPG have also been having problems, but I don't know about the people using the Sage Guide.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Upgrade to the latest version if you're not using it already, it's at http://sage.tv/beta.html

It should resolve your problem.

Thanks,

Thanks Jeff, but I am already using the latest beta. Maybe it will clear up over night? I don't understand why the forced upgrade of the EPG didn't download a new EPG.
