Completely exit Sage?
Is there a command or key to completely close SageTV. I have found that minimizing Sage to the system tray causes jumpy playback when playing DVDs. Is there a keystrock or remote command to close sage completely?
It is my understanding that the Sagetv service still stays open and will record programs, so I don't need to have Sage in sleep mode in the tray. Thanks for the help! |

The key combination ALT+F4 will close the SageTV GUI.
It will also close any Windows application that has focus. HTH, -mark |

Setup/Customize/ Action to take when SageTV window is closed.
That toggles between sleep and exit Sage Tv. Set it to exit Sage TV and then when you click on the "x" in the upper right corner of the window (windowed mode, not full screen) and Sage TV will close. I run SageTV in a window since the machine is only a server and I sometimes need to get to other processes and applications. I have mine set to exit Sage Tv and whenever I need to shut Sage Tv down I just "x" it out.
