Fix for perl version of XMLTV

For those of you using the Perl version of XMLTV, rather than the precompiled binary, here is a replacement of ZapListings.pm which nullifies the latest Zap2It.com chicanery.

This version is derived from 0.5.15, and I've also submitted it to the XMLTV people. I offer no guarantees, but it works for me. Back up your existing version of ZapListings.pm, and your epgdata.xml, before using it.
