Two sources per card!
OK I have both of my OEM 250s (freestyle) working on 1.4.7 via com ports (yeah)...
My question is can you set up two sources on one card? ie: directv on s-video via com1 and the tuner set to comcast?. The replay-tv boxes do that and it worked well, they added 1000 to the analog channels. Of course you would not have to do that with sage. (the much talked about priority system would help also.) If you could set it up that way it would expand recording (and client access) options greatly. Great product and just keeps getting better. Pete |

I don't do this myself, but you can do this. Just go into setup and setup your tuner for an additional source. All the channels should be listed in your EPG.

I do exactly this and it works great.
However, the reason I do this is to take advantage of the satellite having 7 HBO channels, Sundance, and IFC. Cable does all the rest... meaning I don't have the same channels on both sources. I am not sure you can make Sage pick one source vs. the other if the same show is on the same channel at the same time... unless manually selecting to record a specific one.
