Capture Error In Playback
Hi,
I just got Sage TV a couple of days ago and as of early yesterday I thought it was the greatest program I've used in ages. However, at some point yesterday, while attempting to play an imported video that did not play on Sage TV I got the following error "There was a Capture Error in playback. Details (-3,0x80070003). There was a problem accessing the filesystem for capture." I've tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it and WinTV seems to be working fine. I'm kind of a novice when it comes to "code" and stuff like that so I have no idea what to do. I've checked the posts and this seems to be a common problem. I have a Happauge PVR 150MCE card. Thanks.

What kind of file are you trying to playback?

I'm actually not trying to playback anything....that seems to work. It was a Windows Media File but that's not as disconcerting as the fact that I can't get to watch any live TV or record anything anymore with v. 4.0.

Actually, I uninstalled everything including the TV card and reinstalled everything again and it worked. Thanks anyway.
