Conexant 23883 support

I hope I've missed something obvious. I upgraded from 2.2.8 to 4 and got my PVR350 working. I have a PCHDTV HD3000 (Conexant 23883 based) card I would like to use. I have the drivers that came with the card installed. It doesn't show up in Sage as Source. What did I do wrong? All comments, suggestions, welcome.
