Music - What am i Missing
If I want to listen to an album I would expect to follow these steps.
1. Scroll and select the artist, it displays the albums 2. Scroll and select the album, it displays the songs 3. Play all or one of the songs with a click With Sage I need to 1. Scroll through the every album or go 2. Select the album, it displays the songs 3. Select add to playlist 4. Add it to an existing playlist (or create using a different process) 5. Go back to the main music menu 6. Select playlists and Scroll to the playlist you want 7. Play it Am I missing something or is this just the way it works?

For now, in the default STV, you can go to Music by Album, choose your album, select the first song, then choose Play Song Now. It will play the entire album.... but when it finishes the last song on the album, it will continue to the next album.

yea, you just stumbled upon one of my biggest (and many others) gripes about the music portion of sage......but, i think someone just released a plugin to do something similar to what you want---either in the studio thread or customization thread. Also, Sagemc will allow you to browse by artist--then album...

I've been looking all over for a seemless stvi plugin for Music. Where did you see it at? I can't find it anywhere. I don't think I'm going to do something drastic like change my entire UI to see more useable music features.

With built in MVP support, SageTV is looking more like a solution I'm interested in. The problem is still what I list in the opening post.
Is anyone aware of any solutions that will allow me to play music that way?
