Just to say thanks

Just wanted to say thanks for producing a great piece of software - now it is all set up it is fantastic

A number of things have really impressed me, and make this software stand out from some other programs i have used:

1) It is very stable. You seem to fix problems in your current version before trying to add more features. You also only support a limited amount of cards - this is also a good thing as it makes support much easier AND, with other software, people are always asking "whats the best card to use", so they all end up getting similar cards anyway

2) You actually listen to the users. From what i have seen when people ask for features, you consider bthem, listen to a balanced argument and then actually implement them if they are good. You dont just implement features that YOU think will be good. After all, the users are the ones that use the software, its always struck me that normally they are the best to know how to improve it

3) You are more than willing to look at and attempt to fix problems. You don't tell people that it is a "driver problem" or that they are "not using the software correctly". I am sick of been told problems exist at my end when i know they don't (but obvioulsy sometimes they do...suppose it sometimes quite hard knowing).

4) You are an active part of the community, so we feel that you are always listening.

Reading back, it sounds like i like winging about things. I promise this is not the case. Its just with Sage i am so impressed with the software and level of support, and it started making me thinking why it was better than the rest.
