No video menu on tv?

I figure out the problem, If you don't update the Jave runtime the menu will not show on the tv..

I just upgrade to 3.14 and i dont get video menu on the tv put computer yes?
The only time i get sage menu on the tv is when sage is REC?

Can anyone help me.
It was working fine on 3.12.
