Help Needed for USB-UIRT

Hi,

My setup is Hauppauge PVR350/SageTV with the USB-UIRT controlling both the Dish Network satellite receiver (an old Phillips model) and SageTV. I programmed the USB-UIRT to learn the number codes of the receiver remote control. Everything seems to work just fine except for one channel: my local channel 9. I've double checked with the channel setup and the green dot is right next to the channel. I tried to use either channel up/down or punched the number 009, to no avail. Also the USB-UIRT transmits the number 9 code just fine. I can get channel 119. Anybody has any idea? Thanks in advance.
