1st post: Groups of Channels for guide.
Hi,
Sorry if this is a simple question but I've done a search and am pretty baffled . At the moment its pretty difficult to navigate through all my channels in the guide in one list. I'm looking for a way of grouping channels togther so they appear in their own tv guides. eg So you have one group that only gives guide details for channels 1-20 another that gives guide info for 2-40 etc. Any ideas anyone?. Cheers. |

This could be handled using favorites lists, but I don't think that Sage supports any such thing.
Would be nice though. Would be nice to have customized lists of channels, different for each member of the house, and/or what Alfigerner suggested. Just out of curiosity, why does it seem "difficult to navigate" the channels? Your channel up/down should page you through the list, and there are ways of displaying both more channels (I show 10 channels on each screen on my guide), and more hours (I have mine set to display 2 hours instead of the standard 90 minutes). Just hit your escape button (I think that's the one), and you'll get a list of options you can set in the guide. Should help you out hopefully. Still, favorites lists would be nice too! |

My STV supports favorite lists for the Live Guide. Hit the options key while in the Guide and you'll get a menu to create and manage favorites lists.
This is exactly the kind of thing that aperry described. I should be able to modify the number of rows/columns pretty easily. If it's something people want, let me know. Link to the STV is in my sig. |
