Dual tuner AverMedia A180 install probs...

Hi all,
I'm trying to get two Aver A180s to work together in the same box. Single tuner installs and works just fine in my WinXP SP2 setup. However, whenever I install the second A180 card, the machine boots through the BIOS but won't load windows.

I've tried multiple different combinations of PCI slots for the two A180s, but always the same result when I add the second card.

I am using the dual tuner driver for the first card.

Thanks in advance, hopefully this is something really obvious and stupid.

cheers,
Dave

Do you have a weak power supply?

I don't think that power supply is too bad. It's an Antec 430W "True Power" in a pretty big Antec server box. That said, I do have a bunch of stuff hooked up:

3 tuner cards (2x Aver A180, 1x Fusion 5 lite), 6 total HDs. I guess it could be limiting. However, I think the problem occurs even if I take out the fusion (system runs with 1x Fusion and 1x Aver) and just substitute the second A180. I'll have to try that again, but I'm pretty sure I tested it. So I would guess then that it's not power that's limiting.

cheers,
Dave
