SKIPFWD in 3.x beta

This has been a bit troublesome for me for the last three beta upgrades. I tried going from 2.x to 3.x to fix the stuttering issues I was having related to DVDs... another issue.

I found that in sage the I pressed the Skip button on the Haupauge 34 button silver (top silver/bottom black) remote Sage defined it as "CTRL+". Nothing I did seemed to fix that. I got things working by linking "f6" to the page down command and changing the irremote.ini from

SKIPFWD={ctrl}{f6}

to:

SKIPFWD={f6}

No clue why this broke in 3.x, everything worked perfect in 2.x. Ohh well, seems to work now and I love the changes from 2.x to the 3.x, not going back
