Video out-of-sync on PVR-350

I've moved the input source from S-Video to a direct coax connection so I might record a show while watching another. The video appears out of sync (yes, I did change the input source in sage). This isn't a SageTV issue as I tested the incoming signal via J River media center and the WinTV 2000 app. I've re-installed the Hauppauge drivers numerous times; both the most current and older revs. I did test my direct coax connection into the TV to insure the signal was ok.

I've posted this issue on shspvr's site but do any of the Sage experts here have some ideas to try (besides going back to s-video!)? I think most of the video wizards lurk these boards. I'm running XP in case that matters.

I had a simular problem which was solved by a BIOS update. (I had the problem with the combination EPIA VIA M10000 mainboard and PVR-350. Don't ask me what was solved in the BIOS-update.... I really couldn't find any details on it.... I also didn't had problems with Intel and AMD mainboards btw, only with the Epia VIA board.)
