Channel very very fuzzy on card 2 but not on card 1????
So my wife was complaining that the WB channel was fuzzy, and if she restarted the pvr it would be fine, so i got to experimenting and i forced the channel over to the tuner one card and it was perfectly fine. switch it back to tuner #2 and it was fuzzy as hell, can barely see the picture....
any suggestions?

Is this 2 seperate cards, or a PVR-500 single card with dual tuners?
What kind of inputs, Cable, RCA's off an STB? I'm guessing it's a regular cable wire input from your description. Try swapping the calbes between the tuners. That would verify if you've got a bum cable and/or splitter if there's one in the line.
