Installing Drivers for PVR-350 and 150

Okay guys, I decided to buy another tuner card to leap into the world of dual tuners....

Bought a new..err...refurbished Presario with a Semapron 3000 processor. BIOs updated and Intervideo updated.

It seems that when you install the PVR-350 or the PVR-150 cards, you first install a base driver. Then you have to run some kind of driver updater.

So after I install the 350, i.e., install the base driver and run the driver updater, do I install the base driver for the 150 and run the driver updater for the 150, too?

Here's the sequence from Hauppauge's support pages for installing the 350 and 150. The instructions below are not specific to installing 2 cards on one machine, so I'm not sure if it's correct to add the installation instructions for both cards so you're doing steps 1-7.
350:
1) run HCWCLEAR
2) download and extract pvr150250350_inf.zip to get base drivers for 350
3) reboot and install the base drivers from pvr150250350_inf.zip.
4) run PVR250_22_23070.exe

Then for the 150:
5) download and extract pvr150_base_driver_2_23258.zip to get base drivers for 150
6) run HCWDriverInstall.exe found in the folder where the base drivers for the 150 were extracted, to install the base drivers
7) run PVR150_22_23257.exe driver updater

So would it be okay to do steps 1-7?

Thanks.
PS I would also install the latest Hauppauge Video decoders and the latest Hauppauge remote control application, but not install the WinTV2000 Application or the WinTV Scheduler.
