Recording from Composit inputs?
I am trying to record from the composit inputs on my PVR-350. There does not seem to be any way to acomplish this with the SAGE software. Also using the Hauppauge software there does not to be a way to do it either.
Any Ideas? |

Are you actually using SageTVRecorder, or are you using SageTV? If it is SageTV, isn't there a choice for Composite when configuring the source? I thought SageTVRecorder had something similar, but I have never used that.

I am using SageTV. I have added the composit inputs, but nothing shows up. I have tried every configuration I can think of. I removed my PVR-500 and left only the PVR-350 and tried to configure it that way.
I tried WinTV2000 and have managed to get that to work now, but no luck with Sage. |

I can view the video input of my pvr250 on the EPG on channel 1.
IIRC, at that time, sage froze as it was attempting to download the new epg (stupid 56k modem) and required a restart. Afterwards the video input shows on EPG channel 1 and I can record it so I don't think there's any problems. |
