Will this video card work OK?

I am building a client PC and found this super-cheap video card. Can anyone offer any opinions on it? It will be outputting to a standard definition TV through S-Video. I like it because it is fanless and I've read good things about the FX5200 on these forums.

Thanks for your help!

My current setup uses an FX5200 and it works fine. Only 64-bit memory interface and mine is a low profile PCI card. No problems by Jaton. While I don't necessarily recommend the Jaton brand (MSI much better), it was the only one I could find at the time in low profile and PCI! As long as all you are doing is SDTV then go for it. If you plan any time soon to do HDTV, then that is a whole other story. The FX5200 is pretty much everyone's choice for basic SDTV Sage.
