People with the 350's EOF "slow motion" bug

Some people have different experiences with the EOF bug - my system will normally become very unresponsive/slow if it encounters the EOF problem. Clicks from the mouse take 15 seconds to register, etc... and then eventually things get back to normal.

I have found a weird work-around for when the system is in this state: press control-alt-del and bring up the task manager. At this point, Sage wakes up, and is back to normal. You can minimize the task manager, and do what you need to do until Sage is back to normal, and then you can close the task manager.

This method has also helped me on certain rare recordings that don't play, you just get a black screen - this allows the recording to play as long as you have the task manager running.

Weird, but I thought I would share this observation.

Thanks for the information. I'm always looking for new things to try with the 350. I'm looking forward to trying this the next time that happens.
