Unhappy Zap2It not Hopping2it

I live in a community that is serviced by a very small, somewhat amateurish cable service who receive there signal from DishNetwork and then provide it to this apartment community as an analog signal. A rather lousy analog signal I might add. Several of my cable channels are displaying in the Sage guide 3 hours early. IOW, right now it's 11:45pm PST and on the USAP channel my STV Guide "says" I should be watching "Law and Order Criminal Intent: One". But instead "Nash Bridges - Most Wanted" is actually what is on. Nash Bridges, according to my STV guide, should not be coming on until 2am. I have this problem on several various channels and obviously makes time-shifting rather impossible. I initally reported this to both Zap2It and my local cable provider in July of this year yet as of today nothing has been corrected. I did receive an email from someone at Zap2It a couple weeks ago in response to my 2nd inquiry about a status and he told me they were working on it. Although the email did appear to be a canned response so I dont know how much credibility I can put into that. Anyway, I realize that the folks at Zap2It need reliable information from my local provider but my contact at my cable company is telling me they have provided Zap2It with everything they need to correct the guide. Almost three months later I still do not have correct guide data. I realize Zap2It service is free so my recourse is rather nill, but a little better customer communication would be nice so that I can at least know if my local provider is giving me truthful information.

I am assuming I cannot adjust, per channel, a time-offset within SAGE to fix this, right? Any other ideas before I give up?

Thanks!
Doug

You can also let SageTV know about EPG problems. Since they have to pay Zap2It for the data, perhaps they can follow up also:

Email them at info@sagetv.com. Along with the details of what is wrong, include:

Your Service Provider (i.e. Comcast, DirecTV, etc)
Your Specific Lineup (Chicago-Digital, Chicago-Digital Rebuild, etc)
Your Zip Code
