Fix for PVR350 TV out hangs in PR11

Those of you with this issue where the PVR350 TV output hangs after about 5-10 seconds of use will be happy to know there's any easy fix! It's just a registry setting. Just set this:

HKLM\Software\Frey Technologies\Common\DSFilters\MpegDeMux\NumBuffers=32 (or 20 in hex)

Then all should be well.

I've started getting what amounts to 350 OSD/out resets, where the video out just stops being updated, although sage continues to run normally for the most part. If I go to the box and click through the menus I can usually cause the video to come back (options, close file, then play another file or click through menus), and if I wait and do nothing long enough eventually the playback will come back (options menu will appear, for example). This happens after about 20 minutes or so of watching. I dont know for certain whether this is definitely 3.0.11 related or not -- I had to revert to 3.07 before I got the reg fix, and then re-installed after I saw the fix, so at this point I dont know that I have the energy for another round of re-installing and restoring backups etc etc to go back to 3.07 fully and see if it still happens there. Hopefully someone else is seeing this also with the 3.0.11 version??

It definitely was not happening with 3.07 for me though. Although obviously it could be something else has gotten messed up through reverting and re-installing etc.
