Hauppauge 350 w/ VHS As Input

I recently purchased a Hauppauge 350 with Sage TV and have thoroughly enjoyed keeping up with the various shows I miss while I am out on the road doing business.

My spouse has recently asked if I will get off my lazy rump, however, and convert our home videos that are in VHS format to something more modern such as DVD.

I have searched the forums some but I must admit, I am confused. My VHS has component outs (L, R, & V) but I am amiss how to input that into the already overcabled Hauppauge 350.

I've searched the forums for a good example of someone using the same card and intentions. I've added the S-Video as a source under SageTV but lacking the knowledge to pull the VHS component ports in and add audio as well? What basic cabling and additional connections would I need to connect my VHS player to the SageTV HTPC (VIA M10k) to actually audio and video? For the number of cables already in use, does someone recommend a switch box of sorts to juggle the various input feeds?
