Misc problems with 3.0.7 beta

I have three problems with 3.0.7 beta that I've noticed over the weekend:

1) Twice now I've seen a message pop up that mentions something about "Can't connect to local service, reconnecting" (or words to that effect), which causes whatever is being recorded to get the channel changed to something completely different, causing the show that I'm currently recording to get dropped. Any idea why this is happening?

2) For whatever reason, 3.0.7 can no longer tune in any HD channels from my ATI HDTV wonder. However, if I go in to the lousy ATI HDTV tuner application, I can tune all 20 stations without issue. Under SageTV, I get a black screen and long delays before the remote or I respond again.

3) Not sure if this is a general usability thing, but let's say I hit record to record a show I'm watching and it lasts 2 hours. An hour into the show, a favorite is scheduled, and it changes from the show I'm watching to the show that was scheduled to record. This happened to me yesterday. Isn't SageTV supposed to warn of schedule conflicts? That is, shouldn't it pop up and say "If you record this program, it won't record this other program" when I hit the record button to record a show I'm watching?
