Question nOOb - Hauppage PVR-500 Question

I have just placed the order to have cable installed in my house (which won't be done until 9/12) and am going to have them drop a cable feed at the computer (computer is not in the same room as the entertainment center)...So it is currently not being used...

During today's install of the capture card, I noticed that the Hauppage PVR-500 came with an additional header to connect additional s-video sources to it.

Questions:

Will the card internally split a single coaxial cable feed or do I have to supply two source feeds to this card to utilize the dual tuner?

If I have to supply it with two sources, is there a way to convertt the coaxial feed into the s-video or rca???

Thanks in advance for you wisdom and insight,

Dave
