Hauppage 150 and 250 in same box?

Has ayone had anyluck running a 150 and 250 in the same box? I've been running a 250 for a while now with no problems. I pick the 150 up for the additional tuner and most importantly for the IRBlaster. The blaster works fine when the 150 is installed by itself, but doesn't work at all if the 250 is in there as well. I've googled and cearched Hauppage site to no avail. There doesn't seem to be any settings in the INI file either. Any help appreciated.

Yes, that's well known -- the Hauppauge IR software can't tell the difference between a 150/150mce/250/350/500mce, so it just picks one and off you go with everything working... or not. If you fall into the 'not' category, there isn't a whole lot you can do.

Edit: There might be a couple things to try near the end of this thread. You can also do a search for terms like: 150 250 remote conflict.

I've got a 150, 250, and 500MCE running together without any problems. And actually I got the 150 for the very same reasons you did, extra remote/IR, additional tuner. I THINK the remote is working off the 250, as originally installed as the first tuner. I never had any issues with this setup, outside of using drivers from the SHS site awhile back.
Only thing comes to mind in your case is try the IR connection on the other card.

as long as your remote is installed in the card in pci slot one and the first installed then you should be fine, thats what i have learned though my expreimenting anyways.
