Question: 'Call4Help show' Channel Help

Since digital cable channels require a separate box according to my Cable company and SageTV is not supported, I don't know how to get the channel.

Note that I am perfectly willing to pay for this channel and this question is NOT an attempt to gain advise on free programming. I simply am trying to figure out if SageTV can be used to get that channel in my area at all.

In a recent email from g4techtv.ca, it was announced that G4TechTV "Call4Help show" is now made it to the US. It is only available on G4.

I live in Waco, TX and basically have four options with regards to channel lineup choices. I can choose "Time Warner Cable Analog - basic or extended" and Time Warner Cable Digital - basic or extended". If I choose the analog option, I only get 1-100. If I go into Digital and choose either basic or extended, I am presented with a different channel on 167 (G4). Earlier today, it said it was AMC. Now it says the same channel is A&E. This isn't making sense to me.

How do I go about making Channel 167 (G4) happen so that I can watch the call4help show that I have been missing?
