Static filled recordings on my 2d card

I recently installed a second capture card, a PVR 150, in addition to my current PVR 350. All seemed well for a couple of weeks.

Last week, I was in the process of moving the server computer to another room and disconnected the coax cable line while the computer was still runnng. I didn't notice it immediately, but apparently my cable modem went on the fritz at that moment. I actually had to get a new modem because no amount of 'rebooting' the modem, changing outlets/coax wires would allow me to sync with my ISP.

Since this time, shows that I've recorded with the 350 are, for the most part, static filled and nearly unwatchable. Some channels are worse than others. Some even seem about 95% clear. Shows recorded on the 150 are fine. [I've confirmed that it's not the coax cable by switching it between the two cards - one looks great, the other barely viewable]

Any thoughts on this? Did I fry my 350? Can I send this back? Any ideas what might be mis-wired in my cable setup to allow this to happen?

thanks
Matt

As a side note, I'm only viewing shows via my MediaMVP. So, I'm not using the 350s onboard decoder at this point.

Some pure guesses: Try reseating the 350 in its slot, try it w/o the 150 being installed, and/or contact Hauppauge support to see what they suggest?
