A180 system req. question

I just want to verify my understanding. The requirments shown on the Avermedia webpage are very high, however, those requirements are for actually playing the HD content. The requirments to just record and not watch the HD content, as a closet Sage Server would do, are very low(i.e >1 ghz).

Is this correct?

Should be no diff then run a Hardware Encoder but you must like need more drive bandwith I say min of UDMA66.
