Only able to access local channels

I have setup up sage tv (and I love it) on my PVR150MCE and after configuring it for my cable company, it gives me some of the local channels but all the rest are fuzzy, as in no picture at all. I'm using Sage TV 2.2 and I have nvidia's DVD decoder. I'm a digital cable subscriber but I can access regular cable on tv's that have no cable box hooked up to them. Thanks guys.

FIXED: a reboot seemed to fix the problem. Thanks. SAGETV ROCKS
