Problem With Tuning in SageTV

I have a PVR 150 and 250 installed in my SageTV PC and i am having a problem when tuning with my 250

When i first boot the PC, all channels viewed on the 150 are fine, but all of the channels on the 250 are fuzzy. I can fix this by going into the source setup in SageTV for the 250 and scanning through all of the channels. The channels seem to show up fine during the scanning but SageTV will find no tunable channels on the input source. If I then "enable all channels" for the 250, they will from that point on tune perfectly fine and record great. the problem is that this whole process starts over whenever i reboot the PC. This started happening after doing a clean reinstall of SageTV about 2 months ago.

I have tried numerous PVR 150/250 driver versions and have used the hardware clear utility between each attempt but it hasnt helped at all. I have also done a clean reinstall of sage since then, but that hasnt fixed the issue either. As a side note, wintv works great with my 250.

Any ideas on a fix are certainly welcome.

Thank you,

JT
