Eliminating Ghosting on TV-Out

Hi!

Getting a lot of ghosting on the TV when watching live TV or recordings, and I can't seem to get rid of it... Here's the setup:

XP(SP2)
PVR-150, latest drivers off Hauppauge web site
Radeon 9700 (Catalyst 5.7), connected to TV via S-Video
NVidia decoder, Interweb Non-CSS, FFDshow MPEG4, stock, they all do it
VMR9, DXVA set to Default
FFDshow set to sharpen and NR

That's all the relevant info, I believe. Any advice? I've tried all listed decoders, all DXVA modes, nothing seems to completely get rid of it. Right now I've got it set to Interweb and DXVA as default, that's the best setup so far.
