no PVR card after upgrade

i just upgraded to 3.0.7.35 and now my hauppauge PV-500 card is not detected anymore...

so the epg stuff is (for the moment) at lower priority until the card is proper detected again.

can it be, that the tvtv stuff is only configurable on the server itself? i mean with the gui running on the local server console.

i am running the server "headless" without a screen/keyboard attached on it. system management is done via "remote desktop function" of windows xp.
but the 3.x sage tv gui is not running with colordeep 16bit and my grafic-card is not the best at all...
i can make all settings via the sage client running on a client pc but some of the tvtv settings simply didn't works.

I played around with it and got it ~right, after setting time_zone=GMT+4 which is off by two hours to my real time. Of cource now the sagetv clock is actually off by two hours, so i didn't end up using the tvtv listings. But I'm now very sure that I know exactly where the problem is.
To my knowledge SageTV calculates everything in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Which in winter is an hour behind Germany and now with daylight savings time there is an additional hour. With XMLTV data the timezone of the listings can be set. This is not possible right now with the tvtv service.
There isn't a secret switch, by any chance, to set an offset for every lineup seperatlly?

EDIT:
Ok, after writting it, and thinking about it: it doesn't makes any sense. Otherwise the offset should have then been 4 hours. Well, something is wrong and i'm sure it has to do with the timezone conversion.
/EDIT

Hope this will be fixed in the next beta.

well, in my activatet tvtv account, i have no product "SageTV". The error "40" and/or "12" is a no connecting to tvtv. when i use the trial account generatet from sage, i have a product "SageTV" in this account, so that sagetv can connect to tvtv.

i have a call with tvtv.de, that the product "sagetv" is also as a product in my normal account.

i will wait for the answer from tvtv and give in this forum the answer..

I have the same error message (12).
I tried on many sites (nl, fr, de) with the same problem.

I have a valid account (I paid for it...) and I use v.11

While looking @ the properties, there's one left empty : tvtv/prefix.
and the tvtv/access?
Does somebody know what it is?

it seems to connect to TVTV because when I enter a invalid PW, the error message is 'Invalid USER/PASSWORD')

Thanks for your help...

Ferdinand
