Rebuilding DB after crash

I suspect I know the answer to this already but thought I'd throw this up just in case there's a snappy tool for this I don't know about...

I lost my primary OS hard drive last night so I spent this morning rebuilding another drive and I'm up and running again - however I didn't have a backup of the Sage directory off that system (there was a nifty backup directory on the same HD that hit the dirt - brilliant planning). So - I've put everything back (favorites and all that) - I can get at my recordings through the imported media stuff, but I'm wondering if there's any way to slip that stuff back into the DB so it shows up in the proper media library folders and comskip works and all that good stuff. Looks like all the show info is in the title of the file and/or the comskip files associated with them all.

I highly doubt there's a mechanism for this but since I have hundreds of shows on my data array I figured I'd ask just in case.

thanks
