Problems with Toast 6.03/6.11 (Mac)

Incomplete stream is what I get when I try to create an image from a biggger file (>DVD size). I did this all the time with mpeg's recorded with BTV.

A few weeks ago, I upgraded to Tiger. Just installed the Tiger patch for Toast. Same thing. Anybody else ran in to this?
