Help!...Sage is changing channels by itself!

I am not sure if this is a feature that I can't find in the manual, but....

at the top and bottom of the hour, Sage is doing two things...it is sending a command to select a channel, which brings up my satellites info page.

Second, if I change channels with the satellite's remote, Sage will change the channel at the top or bottom of the hour. I am assuming it is changing back to the channel I last selected with the Hauppauge remote, through the Sage interface (i.e the channel that the Sage guide is sitting on).

Question: is there anyway to defeat all this smart stuff so that the only way the satellite receiver gets triggered is manually (unless a recording is scheduled).

Look for the mmc/always_tune_channel property & change it to false. In v2, you have to set the property; in v3 it is an option in Detailed Setup -> Customize.
