Network Tuner Not Functioning
First off, I posted this in here as it is to do with one of my tuners, but it might well be software configuration, so I apologise if this needs to be moved.
My setup is this: PC 1 with Sage TV Server - Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 PC 2 with Sage TV (full ver) running as Client - Hauppauge WinTV PVR-350 PC 1 does all my recording at the moment, and then I play it back through PC 2 directly on my TV. PC 1 has a network tuner configured (the PVR 350 on PC2) as well as the local PVR-150 tuner. I followed all the instructions in this doc - http://sage.tv/2_papers/NetworkEncoderSetup.txt and I am pretty certain I did it all correctly. However, in Sage TV Server on PC 1, when you look at the information for the network tuner, it sas Functioning: False. And I can't for the life of me figure out why. I know the card works, as I use it to play back, and I did originally use it as my main encoder before I bought the PVR-150 and the second copy of Sage. So what am I doing wrong? Thanks |

Functioning: false
Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem? I've tried everything I can find in the forums, and cannot get SageTV to use the networked encoder. It recognizes it, and even scheduled shows on it after a complete reinstall of SageTV until I rebooted. After that, no joy
