A9600GE vs 9600XT AIW ...same or not?

Opinions and help please....I want to get a ATI 9600xt card for my HTPC system. I currently use a AIW 9600xt, but wanted to gt rid of the TUNER part, but not the xt performance.

I have been unable to locate a 9600xt card, but found this new card from ASUS. Could any of you VIDEO/PC gurus give me a idea how this card will perform when compared to the AIW 9600XT.

AGP ASUS A9600GE/TD/128 Rad. 9600 128MB Gamers Ed. TV-Out

Not bad for $82??? SAME AS 9600XT less the tuner???
