EPG Line Up Changed

I'm in Los Angeles using Adelphia cable, and SageTV (or Zap2it) just changed the EPG lineup in my area. All data from the old lineup did not switched over. I had to remove the tuner sources and re-add them with the new lineups to correct the problem. All channel numbers looked the same so I'm not sure what had changed, but from the available lineup lists, I could tell it was updated as some lineups were gone.

But not knowing what was going on at first, I freaked out when I saw nothing in the TV Guide menu. I even emailed SageTV tech support. Took me a while to figure out what was going on. But things are back to normal again after removing and re-adding the tuner source lineups.

I'm wondering if SageTV or Zap2it.com has some sort of email notification service where they let you know ahead of time if EPG lineup in your area has changed?
