SageTV RE-Tunes Every Hour
I can just be sitting here watching TV and after a show is over Sage retunes, even if it's not changing channels. Is this normal? I'm not turning the channel or even touching the remote, it just retunes to the same channel it's already on, I can tell this because I see my receivers OSD come up. I've ignored it till now but it's getting annoying. I'm using Cayars v17 and SageTV 2.2.8.

Actually, the property for this is mmc/always_tune_channel, setting it to true or false, as you prefer. (p. 180 in the v2.2 manual.)
always_autotune has to do with tuning to the correct frequency for a channel using the tuner on the capture card. It took me a while to get these straight, esp. since the autotune one is found first in the properties file.  - Andy
