Canadian Guide Listings are coming...
As many of you may have seen from our recent press release (http://forums.sage.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=11952) we now have licensed the Canadian Guide Data from Tribune (Zap2it) for full deployment in our products. The Canadian data will make it's way into all our Version 3 based applications including SageTV, SageTV Client and SageTV Lite for OEMs as stated in the release.

Look for our V3 beta coming soon to test out this new functionality. No more need for plugins for our neighbors to the North!

This is good to hear! Though the plugin works well, it will still be nice to have it directly supported by SageTV!

Thanks for the show of appreciation! It was great to be able to provide my fellow Canadians with an easy way to access listings. I would like to think that in some way the plugin demonstrated to the Sage guys the economic viability of supporting Canadian listings natively.

The plugin isn't quite dead yet though! I have some new ideas for providing guide data manipulation. However, they will have to wait until v3 is officially released .

YAAAY Lester! Thanks man, I got ALOT of use out of your plugin...I wouldn't have bought sagetv without it
