LiveTV has no data

I just installed SageTV 2.2 yesterday (trial version) and cannot receive programming information (for comcast in seattle, wa). I am behind a NAT/Firewall, but I have put the computer in a DMZ (and tried it directly connected to the cable modem). I know that some data has been brought down (for instance, I can schedule a recording on some programs (but i think the data is out of date))

I can see channel data (and can switch to the different channels) but no programming information.

I have spent a good amount of time searching for help on this, and suprisingly cannot find it. I can't believe that i am the only one to have this problem.

Any thoughts on this?

I too am having this problem. I was able to get the data until I had to reinstall 2.2 and now ESG data appears on only two channels.
