SageTV DISAPPEARS when select WATCH TV!

Hello, and thanks for your time,
My SageTV disappears when i select watch TV! Just poof, no error messages, it just completely closes! I dont think its a hardware compatibilty problem because I CAN SEE the live previews when VIEW is selected at CHANNEL SETUP (this is he only time i am able to see live tv). But at any other time when it is supposed to show live TV, bam, it closes!

My Error Log:

Video is played differently on the Channel Setup screen compared to watching a recording. You didn't mention what encoder you were using when this happened, so it is possible that the encoder isn't supported.

You could also try a different decoder, but that should be the same used when the preview window in Channel Setup is shown, so that might not be an issue.

He's also using a PCMCIA AverTV card... Which I believe is a software encoder only... I'm surprised though if it is, that he got any video at all... My ati usb just flat out kills sage if I try it.
