"Best" S-video card?

I just setup my Sage box. I'm still trying to tweak the quality. Currently, the solution I'm using in order to get the PC signal to the TV is by using an external convertor box (converts to Composite or S-video from VGA).

However, I'm thinking a PC card with video outs make provide a better picture. What would you all recommend? I'm looking for a nice card around $100 or so that has S-Video outs.
