Error MSG when using Client
Hi
I'm a new user here and i want take counsel about Error MSG that i receive when i'm trying to use the client Software everything look just fine i get all the menus and EPG but when i'm going to live TV or want to play recorded files i recive the following MSG: there was a playback error in- playback. Details: sage.playbackexception: error (-3,0x80004005): there was a problem accessing the filesystem for playback THX for your attention, Ronen |

Is the server running the service? If so, are you using mapped drive letters? The service can't use mapped drives. If you are using UNC paths, the service needs to log in as a user that has access to those paths. Or, try running w/o the service.
