Horible image quality with Intervideo Mpeg decoder

I have just installed the latest patch for TT2 (which gives me the latest nVidia decoder I heard somewhere).

Using the nVidia decoder now (seems - only tested for a very short time) to give me very good results. Scrolling text - tickertape - on news channels seems to be clear and steady.

PQ generally seems to be very good also.

I must test it for longer though to find out for sure how good it is!

To tell you the truth, I have a way to use dscaler with any codec.

with the newer versions, I can tell the ffdshow to also handle mpg2 and then to use teh dscaler on the picture.

This works but is very slow (I work in overlay), if run denoise too, sage goes to 80 percent, and if I duoble the pixels, sage goes to 100%.

So I don't use it, and if anyone says that using it (dscaler) without the ffdshow in the middle will do it faster, then I will try it myself.

Here is a plugin to fix that so that you can set DScaler options when using the Sage Mpeg decoder...
