Possible to make a "watch for" list?
If a desired show isn't being aired in the next two weeks (and therefore isn't in the EPG), is it possible to tell Sage to record it the next time it is aired? For example, there are a couple of movies that I want to see, but they aren't going to air in the next two weeks, so naturally they don't come up when I search for upcoming movies by title. Is there some way to tell Sage, "hey, here are a couple of movies I want, grab these the next time they air," or do I just have to keep searching for them periodically and wait for them to come up?
Thanks, Ron |

You could try going to the Favorites Manager & use New by Keyword to add a fav using the show's title, or some part of it. See p. 58 in the v2.2 manual for more details.

That's what I did ^
The 4400 wasn't in the EPG but I knew it was going to air so I added a favorite [*4400*] and it's been picking them up. I wanted to make sure it was grabbed so I put it near the top of the 'favorites' list, JIC. ![]() Isn't there a way to get more than 2 weeks of future programming? Maybe I'm thinking of the frequency of the updates. |

Can the keyword thing handle exclusions? I want to record all Rugby Union shows (often referred to as just "rugby") but not Rugby League, so in a search engine I'd enter:
Rugby -"Rugby League" Should that work OK? |

No, I don't think that will work. If it shows up in the EPG as 'Rugby Union' then that's what I would put. Sage takes you quite literally, so entering in 'Rugby -"Rugby League"' would most likely get you 'Rugby League'.

It might show up as just "Rugby" - but never mind. I'm coping OK by setting up a favourite on the title at the moment.
Thanks for the tip. |
