File for USBUIRT / Hauppage remote

Hi all

I'm working through the bugs slowly (as anyone might after making a change) and seem to be winning. I've got a service-only-CPU-spike to solve and I've got to teach the USBUIRT about the silver hauppage remote (34 buttons). Since I'll be teaching it tonight I thought I'd throw it out here in case anyone happened to have already done it and could pass me their configuration file (I'm not actually sure if that ends up inthe sage.properties or not). Thanks for any help!
