Is this card worth upgrading to?

I'm running an AMD 64 3200+ and currently an AGP GFX5200 128MB. I have to go with a low-profile card so there aren't that many options. I found the Jaton GFX5700LE low-profile PCI, it's the only low-profile card I've found so far with a 128-bit memory bus. Looking for opinions on whether it's worth it to swap the 5200 for the 5700, the core and memory clock are the same on both so it would basically be just to open the mem. bus bandwidth. Also, would the PCI vs. AGP make a big difference given that these are both still relatively low-level cards? Currently I'm outputting via s-video to a SDTV, but I finally have the LCD projector at 1024x768 and can use either VGA or DVI. Will the 64-bit bus on the 5200 make a difference at that resolution? Thanks for any help.
